Ursula Grant, Psy.D

Dr. Grant is a North Carolina Licensed Psychologist who specializes in psychological evaluations, including assessment of learning disabilities, intelligence/cognitive functioning, autism/pervasive developmental disorders, personality, Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and neuropsychological screening. She has worked with clients from the ages of 4-years-old to 90+ with a broad spectrum of mental disorders, including co-occurring and dual-diagnosis cases. She has completed clinical training in various areas, including inpatient psychiatric adult stabilization unit(s), court-order substance abuse counseling, batterer’s intervention and anger management counseling, neuropsychological testing, and community mental health. Dr. Grant has received education and training in a wide range of theoretical orientations and treatment modalities, but specializes in cognitive- behavioral, existential, and feminist therapies. She received her B.A. degree in 2004 from Florida Atlantic University in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Dr. Grant also completed two M.S. degrees in 2010 and 2013 from Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Psychology. She subsequently completed her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2015 from Nova Southeastern University, including involvement in the forensic psychology track. Dr. Grant currently provides psychological testing at the Fayetteville office and provides supervision for General Track Doctoral Interns during their eight-month rotation in that location.
