Jenika Fleurant is a Psychometric Assistant at the Haymount Institute. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and has three years of experience in the mental health field.

Jenika brings a compassionate, dependable, and attentive approach to her work, with a strong focus on supporting each client with care and understanding. She has a particular interest in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and is committed to creating a thoughtful and supportive assessment experience.

Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, Jenika values clear communication and cultural connection in her work. Guided by her personal mantra, “Walks in purpose, move with peace,” she is dedicated to continued growth in the field and is working toward becoming a clinical psychologist as she prepares to begin her graduate studies.
