Izabella Rivera is a Psychometric Assistant at the Haymount Institute, where she supports the psychological assessment process with precision and care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and also studied women’s and gender studies, reflecting her interest in identity, development, and inclusive mental health care.
Izabella brings a calm and detail-oriented approach to her work, helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the assessment experience. Her prior volunteer experience with Haymount has provided valuable insight into client care and deepened her commitment to the behavioral health field.
Outside of work, Izabella enjoys dance, spending time in nature, and exploring creative arts. She is passionate about continued growth in the field and is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate support to every client she serves.
