Reagan Long, LCMHC-A
Reagan Long brings two years of experience in the mental health field to the Haymount Institute. She holds an LCMHC-A license and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from NC State and her master’s degree from Campbell University.
Reagan’s therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma informed, with an area of expertise in working with children. She identifies empathy as her greatest strength and describes her approach to clients as accepting and understanding. Her personal motto, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think,” guides her perspective.
Her volunteer experience includes summer mission trips to Romania with her church, where she helped lead a camp for orphaned children. These experiences gave her opportunities to connect with new people and learn about their culture.
Reagan values kindness and sincerity in her relationships with others. These values, together with her emphasis on empathy and acceptance, shape the understanding approach she brings to client care at the Haymount Institute.
