Rhonda Falton specializes in individual therapy and her primary goal is to listen to her client's needs and walk alongside them through their life's journey. She is a strong believer in empowering her clients, helping them find their inner strength, and increasing hope, healing, & happiness. Individuals come to her for issues surrounding ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disturbance, family/relationship issues, military community and overall finding a balance in life.

Rhonda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a military spouse. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Maryland University College in 2013 and her Master of Social Work from Ohio in 2023. Rhonda earned her graduate level experience interning at a domestic violence shelter and in private practice therapy.

Rhonda enjoys helping clients access their resiliency through cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, mindfulness, and systems approaches. Through her diverse range of therapy experience, drawing from various psychotherapy methods and techniques to provide you with sessions tailored to your individual situation. Rhonda hopes to build a trusting relationship with you that allows you to grow, heal, and regain balance to enjoy a full and meaningful life.

In her free time she loves to enjoy nature, especially on the water , and spending time with her children and new granddaughter.
