Maudeline Clervoix-Frank is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate and a Licenced Addiction Specialist Associate  She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Rehabilitation Counseling and Behavioral Addictions from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University. In addition, Maudeline is certified as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and has successfully finished the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training program offered by MAHEC.

Maudeline takes delight in supporting individuals of many backgrounds, including young people and adults. She successfully finished her internship at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, where she administered therapy to patients suffering from trauma, burns, and various medical conditions. She possesses expertise in assisting persons who face challenges with substance abuse and those who are undergoing Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT). She is particularly interested in assisting those with a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and others. She has experience in working with clients who have co-occurring conditions as well.

Maudeline promotes an integrated approach while working with individuals. She employs several therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, the Transtheoretical model, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and other methodologies.
